Parts cut to print.

Mountain Machine Works turns drawings into finished metal and plastic parts: milled, turned, welded and inspected, from a single prototype to a repeat production run.

What we make

Four core processes under one roof, so a part does not have to leave the building between operations.

CNC milling

Pockets, profiles, ported blocks and housings in aluminum, steel, stainless and plastics.

3-axis and 4-axis

CNC turning

Shafts, pulleys, flanges and fittings, with drilled, bored, threaded and keyed features.

Bar and chucker work

Welding and fabrication

Brackets, frames and weldments cut, formed and joined to the drawing.

TIG and MIG

Prototype to production

Start with one part to prove the fit, then repeat the same program for the full run.

How a job runs

The same five steps for a one-off prototype or a standing order.

  1. Step 1

    Quote

Send the drawing, material and quantity. You get a price and lead time.

  2. Step 2

    Program

We review the print, plan the setups and write the tool paths.

  3. Step 3

    Machine

Parts are cut, welded or finished on the machines that fit the job.

  4. Step 4

    Inspect

Critical dimensions are measured against the drawing before release.

  5. Step 5

    Deliver

Parts are packed, labeled and shipped or held for pickup.

Request a quote

Email a drawing and we will reply with a price and lead time.

Include with your request

  • The drawing or model as STEP, DXF or PDF
  • Material and finish, if the print does not call them out
  • Quantity, and whether you expect repeat orders
  • The date you need parts in hand
